I downloaded LightBurn before my machine arrived, and the trial period has expired. Would it be possible to extend the trial for me? I’m starting a small business and would like to see if I can work using your software. I’m currently in talks with the company I bought the machine from to potentially sponsor me for your program, so I hope they’ll agree and that I’ll be able to switch to the full version soon instead of using the free one.

If you are using 1.7.07 or any version above 1.5.0, you should be able to request a trial extension on the software itself.
If the button is greyed out, this means you have done already 3 extensions, and it won’t be possible to extend it any further.

The button is greyed out, but i pressed that only one time… It was when I was doing some trainings. But now when my machine arrived it’s expired. Is there any solution to do this?
Try going to License Management link on the top, next to your seach magnifying glass.
This will allow you to delete machines that no longer need Lightburn.
