I have lightburn on 2 computers, one of which is now non- functional. I wish to transfer the license to another PC but no longer have access to the non-functional computer so I cant deactivate the license from the software on that pc. How do I deactivate a license on a non functional pc.
You can manage the activations in the online License Portal.
Thank you berainlb, but I am still confused. I can see the 2 activated computers on the Portal and it is asking me to paste the request but I cannot see how to make this request. There is nothing to paste and anything I enter says its invalid.
I’m not following.
What is asking you and what would you be pasting?

The website can be a little confusing.
You need to drill-down to the computer where you want to remove the activation, then push the 3 dots and select Delete.
oh I see. I was trying to select them. When I double clicked on them a box appeared asking to paste the request. Thank you again, think its sorted now.
