I am going nuts trying to get Ligthburn to recognize Monport80. This is my first laser and not of the technically capable young mind! Guess the saying is, Old Man Needs Help. Thanks
If it’s a Ruida controller, have you installed the driver? On the last page of the LightBurn installer there’s a checkbox for the FTDI driver used by Ruida controllers. Re-run the LightBurn installer, and click that box to install it if you never have.
