Cannot reactivate license after HD change

Tried to fire up the laser today after a computer rebuild. Used my key and it gave me this error: “Activation Limit for Key has been reached.”
I wouldn’t think I’d need to buy it again to reinstall it. How can I get around this?

I have removed both systems that you had allocated. You should be able to re-enter the key on the systems you’d like.

Thanks - I can’t get the license management portal to send me a password. You didn’ have it back when I first purchased.

This may be a spam catcher from the license management we use stopping this reset. As mentioned, I have cleared this key, so you should be ready to reallocate as you’d like.
