Cant connect since last update

Since Lightburn update to 9.19 and Windows 10 cumulative update I have been unable to connect my laptop to Lightburn.
I have removed and reinstalled the 340 driver and checked in device manager which port its showing up on and all appears to be fine but I still am unable to connect. I thought perhaps it was usb cable so trued a new one, still nothing. I have shutdown, restarted but it doesn’t help.

I tried using lasergrbl software to eliminate an issue with my laptop or controller. It connected straight away with no issues.
I am using an Eleksmaker A3 pro and using Windows 10.
Is anyone else having this issue or know of a workaround.
