Can't Edit project

I imported an image. I used lightburn to draw a circle around the image, added another offset inside circle, and used lightburn to write a word under the image. I saved the project as a Gcode and it ran perfectly. When I tried to edit the project it just blinks. The inside circle looks like ants going counter-clockwise and I can’t edit the word. I checked and neither the group or ungroup is active. If someone could please me understand why this happened and how to fix it, I would appreciate it. Thanks

I saved the project as a Gcode

If you want to edit your project afterwards, save it as lightburn file. With any other format you will loose information.
In Gcode only the way and speed the laser has to go is kept. All information about grouping, fonts and a lot more is gone.
