I worked with rdworks for several years and i starting using light burn and im loving it but there’s something buggin my mind since the start. i cant really engrave multiple objects in one scan. i even tried to weld everything in corel before exporting. the option is always greyed out.
as you can see the image i cant select any option and im working with vector objects.
i also have another question. ive always used actual position and when i start light burn it seems by default that it starts with absolute coordinates so i ruined a few sheets because i didnt notice. anyway to set actual position of the laser head as default?
Check if you have “flood fill” enabled, it shouldn’t
You can also decide and set in LB which mode you prefer, absolute coordinates, user origin or current position, the machine/LB remembers your settings.
regarding the default starting point usually it remembers my last choice, but sometimes it changes to absolute cordinate. if i find out the reason or the trigger for this i will get back and come with more info.
