I got the product key on one computer and now I’m trying to put it on another but can’t find the product key. How do I find it?
Search the email you used when you purchased your license.
yea, I tried that but I must have deleted it.
You would have to contact whoever you purchased it from to re-send it. I’ve looked for your name & email address in our license database but I’m not finding you, so I’m assuming you bought from a reseller.

I found out that I purchased it at J Tech Photonics and they are assisting now. Ya’ll are quick to respond and help out!
