Can't get camera to align. get spinning rainbow wheel

Hello, I’m trying to align my camera on my Thunder Nova 24 with lightburn. I was able to get it calibrated but when i go into alignment, i noticed the speeds can’t go higher than 19 (i’ve noticed on all the videos i’ve watched, they go up to the 100’s). I can see the targets on my screen, when i frame it just moves all over the place, and finally stops no where near the material. When I select start, the laser comes on, but the print head doesn’t move and the spinning rainbow wheel comes up. I have to Force Quit. Anyone out there that can help?
Thankyou!

If your Units (Edit > Settings) are set to ‘Inches/sec’ then that would explain the 19 which is very fast when 19"/sec, I’d recommend that you change this to ‘mm/sec’ which is probably the unit being used in the videos.

Change these settings, re-home the laser, and retry.
