i just bought a LONGER RAY5 20W and im having absolutely no luck at all.
what am i doing wrong? i cant find any videos online on what settings i need and i cant engrave anything. this machine doesnt like me,
Generally speaking, the first line of diagnostics is at the link @Dskall provided.
I’d recommend starting there, checking that you’re using a good quality cable (replying with your exact cable path - ex: Macbook > [brand][model] usb hub > USB A to C cable > Laser) would be helpful too
This suggests your machine is connected, but you are not getting the results you expected.
That should be enough homework for you now.
