At 30% I’m at 10mA
Does it fire for a split second at the end when you release the fire button on the controller? If you run a job at 50% does it fire correctly during the job? What milliamps are you seeing at 20%?

I do not see it fire at 20% and my mA are at 0 to. At 50% I get 28mA when I pulse it at the controller but when I run a job at 50% I get about 11mA.
And the depth of the engrave seems like it did not increase with 50% power from 30%
At this point I’d measure the voltage signal going to the laser power supply at the various percentages and see what you’re getting.
So I had time to play with it today. It looks like the voltage and the power is good but the mA is not going down.
Try switching back to the other power supply and see if you get the same results. Looks like your controller output is good.
