Cant seem to find my fiber laser in devices?

So I haven’t used my Fiber for a week or two. When I tried to start it up not sure what was going on but it’s not listed on my devices. If I remember correctly I think it asked me something about my license and that I had to update but I’m not sure that was part of my problem. Of course, I should need to update my license yet.

The computer is windows 10 home Dell XPS and Fiber-Galvo jpt

Check to see if you’re licensed for Galvo in About->License Management.

If Galvo is not lasted as one of your licenses then either you did not get a license or something isn’t right with your license registration. In the former case just add the galvo license, in the latter case connect with support@lightburnsoftware.com.

Note that Galvo was freely available for a limited time when first released and then due to a bug some folks had that free period extended beyond the planned period. There was an update a little while back that rectified that issue but caught some folks unaware.
