Helo, i m having a problem when send the file to Ruida machine, till yesterday was all ok but now when i send it says machine is busy.
I had sucess sending from RDWORKS in the same computer, someone know how to solve this problem? sry for bad english

If you are sending via your network, you could have an address conflict. Your Ruida controller is NOT DHCP, it is a legacy device with a hard set address. If you have a number of devices on your network, you may want to change the Ruida’s address. Test it via the USB and see if you have the same problem. You have to select network or USB at the bottom of the LASER WORK window.
