i bought a used laptop and make a factory reset. i installed windows and dl the latest LB software and want to test it. LB tells me (when i click test the software 30 days) that my test time is over and i have to buy LB or extend my testing time. can anyone tell my why it happend ?

…but we can fix that. And you also may have missed the “…OR extend my testing time.” part.
If you click the ‘Extend Trial’ button on the license page, then paste the trial ID it copies to your clipboard here, or in an email to support@lightburnsoftware.com we can reset the trial for you.
