I have a brand new ortur laser master 2 pro and I’m having some trouble updating the firmware. I hold the power button and tap reset after 5 sec. It does show up on my computer but when I try and drop the .bin file, it tells me the drive does not exist and the drive disappears from my computer. I have tried several times and the result is the same every time. Any guidance would be appreciated!
and the Ortur support? they tells what?

BTW @Rob6 , why, if you have this machine for a so short time, you want to change firmware? does not engrave or cut as expected?
Would not Home correctly. Tech support assured me that the firmware is not the issue. They have provided other recommendations that I will give a shot. Stay tuned
