Hi all, I recently bought an OMTECH K40+ which is a GRBL based laser I’m sure many are familiar with. I’m a little confused whether I need to install the CH340 driver. I did not install it, I just launched Lightburn, added new GRBL device and the laser homes, moves and fires as expected.
Should I still install the driver? Does it provide some kind of functionality I haven’t yet noticed I’m missing?
Or is it a case of it not working at all if I needed to install it and hadn’t?
