Change in Circle Pulse?

With the most recent Lightburn upgrade my circle pulse is WAY different. Boss 1420 with their short rotary. Calculation USED to be 4250, now I have to put 10,200 to get a full rotation on the lightburn rotary test.

Any insight as to why the large change

Roller or chuck? Did you change the diameter? Nothing changed in LightBurn to affect this.

Short roller. Two days ago it was 4250. Just ran a cup and everything was squished. Did the rotary test in Lightburn and had to crank it WAY up to get the full rotation

What is the diameter of the roller, and what roller diameter do you have in LightBurn?

35mm. Verified that it is STILL 35mm in Lightburn

It’s possible that the rotary test is the thing that’s not working properly. If you put the steps back to 4250 is the output correct? The steps count won’t change, but the rotary test feature is new, so it’s possible that it’s wrong.

The output is squished at 4250, but was perfect two days ago. When I set it at 10,200, my image, which is 3 in by 2 in, turns in to a 7 inch image

If the 7" is supposed to be the 3" side, then your 4250 number is correct.
If the 7" is supposed to be the 2" side, then your 3200 is correct.

You say “the output is squished” at 4250 - did you measure it, or does it just look wrong? (you should measure it)

Went on the site and downloaded the new version (0.9.14). Reset to 4250 and working correctly now
