Changes in layer settings using the same file

I’m doing some test burns and trying to get dialed in on the settings. But it seems like if I let it complete, then change the speed and power, it still burns the same. I have one I’m working with and went from 300/80 then 1200/40 and the results are identical.

If I close LB, or change to a different file, it is fine. Is there something I need to set that may not be?

300 … ? mm/sec or mm/min?

You’re not giving a lot to go on here - which settings on what file, and can you show a picture of the results?
