I recently moved from diode to CO2. Purchased the new controller license and started into the new machine. (different computer so I can run both)
Problem: I cant open any of my old designs on the new system. All LBRN files come up blank, no matter how I transfer them… USB, Drop box, Gdrive…
I have a few dozen files, many hours of work… how can I get to open these again on the new machine?
Both have the current version of lightburn.
I recently posted an lbrn file that appeared reversed to some people.
I suspect the new file format remembers the machine.
Try adding a grbl profile then opening the lbrn file
Can you email one or more of the files that come up blank to support at lightburnsoftware dot com so I can have a look?
The file appears reversed due to different origin settings on the machines. The file remembers the origin that it was created and saved in.
