Changing size of 100 circles at the same time?

I have a project that has 100 little circles that are all the same size, but not in a straight line pattern. Is there any way to change the size of all the dots without having to do each one individually?

Option 1:

  1. Select all circles
  2. In Shape Properties change the dimensions

Option 2:

  1. Change the size of one of the circles
  2. Select all but the resized circle
  3. Add resized circle to selection
  4. Hold shift and click either “Make selected items same width/height” tool buttons:
