New to Lightburn, but not new to laser engraving or chuck rotary. I got a new 50 watts Chinese laser machine that comes with lightburn software, but I can not get it to engrave tumblers. I can cut wood and acrylic with no problem. I have not done any engraving on this new laser machine. But when I attach the chuck rotary and attempted to engrave, it will either be stretched out or continuing spinning and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. I reset lightburn software and attempted again and now it keeps spinning. I watched over dozen of videos on how to set up the chuck rotary, but unable to get it to work. Now I extremely confuse. Any help is greatly appreciated.
