Circles on Lightburn, but Ovals is the output

I have files either needing cut or engraved that are perfect circles. When I transfer to the laser, they show up on screen as circles. However, when I run the burn/engrave they come out as ovals. Any ideas as to what may be happening here? TYI

Have you used a rotary recently, and forgotten to turn it off when done.
If not, I suggest you use the calibrate function Lightburn to see if the steps/mm is set correctly for X and Y.
Back up your controller settings first.
Edit>Machine settings> Calibrate.

Thank you for that info. I am pretty sure I turned off rotary, but will double check. I will also attempt the calibrate function. Thank you very much.
