Co2 Galvo laser burned size larger than design

Any one can help me? I have a co2 galvo laser. There were no problems to engrave with ezcad2 software. Then I purchased latest Lightburn, imported the file markcfg7 to set up, and I found that the burned size is larger than that of design.

I tried a 100x100 mm square, and got 117x117 mm on the wood sheet.

and the console input is grayed out so that I can’t type any commands like $, $$ (learned online)

Commands input field is grayed out.

There is no “machine settings” in Edit as well. Only “Settings” and “Device Settings”.

In the imported message, it says “Field Size: -1.32327e+25 mm”
What does that mean? What is the exact field size? Thanks for your help.

Thank you, fins. The problem was solved before I saw your reply.

But I don’t know why. I just clicked the “clear” button and reload COR file from ezcad2 folder. It works!
