With my laser, the burning power decreases in the X axis.
After about 25 centimeters, the burn becomes weaker.
When cutting, half is done and the other half I have to cut with the catter from below.
The focal point of the laser beam is, however, always in the center of the mirror.
The distance in the Z axis is also constant.
Could this be due to the focusing of the lens?
I don’t know where to adjust.
Maybe someone can help me here.

Is your 2nd mirror bad or dirty?
When you say the laser is always at the center of the mirror, is that all mirrors?
Do you notice it at all in the Y axis moving it the same amount you notice a loss in the X axis?

What kind of machine?

Guten Morgen.
