Code 20 error by using rotary roller

Hello, who can help me solve a problem…

When starting engraving a glass, with a rotation device R1 , the laser lights up for one second and then stops.

The error code is 20 and it is saying that it is a invalid or unsuported g-code command found in block.

Usually it was no problem to engrave glasses with a rotation device connected to a Sculpfun S9…

Before i used the R3 rotary roller, this is the first rime i used rhe R1 but when changing it back to rhe R3, it does not make a difference.

When trying another computer with lightburn software, it will work as it should…

I allready compared the rotary setup values on the different computers but they are the same values…
Hope someone can help me…

Usually, this is caused by either selecting the wrong laser type (should be grbl) for the laser or by enabling GCode clustering in device settings.

Hi, thanks for your reaction!
The laser type is sei as GRBL and the device settings are good also…
When i use my other laser device (Atomstack A40 pro) with the same computer/software, there is no problem whatsoever…
I also discovered that the problem has nothing to do with tehe rotating device, also normal engraving or cutting gives the same problem with the sculpfun laser device

Please show screenshots of your settings. Or go through this guide and check if you set up everything correctly: Setting up the software - Diode Laser Wiki
Did you try a picture or just a simple shape?
