Comgrow laser screen

A friend of mine has a Comgrow laser and gets this screen.
What can be done about that???

First I changed the baud rate to 115200 and reconnect everything.

yes, I also said about baud rate, but that seemed to be fine by the comgrow seller.
I also have that 115,200 in my Sculpfun S10, but Comgrow is very different

Maybe try 921600??
And enable DTR. One at a time.
