Commands or functions

sorry to bother you guys but is there a list of commands/functions out there. When I watch the youtube videos, sometimes they mention “d” for delete and “i” for insert and “s” for smooth line, I am looking for a list of all the commands. Can someone direct me to where I can find them?

You are asking about options that are available from the ‘Edit Nodes’ tool so I will use that as the example. Hover over the ‘Edit Nodes’ tool icon and press ‘F1’.
