Se trata un grabado de dos círculos, en una pieza de MDF (superfície A). Los dos círculos del dibujo van grabados, pero necesito eliminar (cortando) los espacios B, de manera que los dos círculos queden unidos mediante las zonas en blanco.
Muy posiblemente me he hecho un lio. Debería saber hacerlo, pero no consigo deshacer el nudo mental en el que me he liado.
Alguien podría echarme un cable e indicarme cómo puedo eliminar las zonas B?
Start by duplicating your 2 circles and placing the duplicate on a separate layer. Hide the original layer, then group the remainig circles. Add your rectangles or polygons where you want them, make sure they overlap the circles. Select all your rectangles and group them. Now, with the group of rectangles selected, shift select the circle group. Open the Boolean Assistant and choose the one that give the results you want.
If you want the cutouts to be within the engraved area rather than cut on the line, reduce the size of your duplicated circles before performing the boolean operation.
