Mach3 uses the PC as a controller, with the ‘controller’ being a relatively basic electronic connector.
I doubt LB will ever work with a Mach3-style controller as the machine isn’t running an MS ‘windowed’ environment.
You can export GCode using the GRBL-M3 profile in LightBurn, and that GCode can be run in Mach3, but that’s about as good as you’ll get. Mach3 is a software controller that runs on the PC, and sends raw motor pulses to the machine. It does not allow other software to drive it directly.
