I cannot activate my license key on my new computer as i cannot deactivate it from my broken one. I can currently use my Mac but i need to use on my laptop aswell.
I have to deactivate my license on a pc as im limited to 2 computers and one of my computers are broken and i cannot deactivate and my mac works but im trying to use on a new laptop
The license portal link will let you deactivate any computer attached to your license key, assuming you can access the portal. I just checked your key, and it appears you had one computer activated twice. I’ve removed the duplicate so you should be all set.
