Computer license does not work on second profile

The licenses are documented to be computer activations, not user activations. I also understand that there are two computer activations included, which works great for our workflow. On our workshop computer, we have one activation on one account. However, on our laptop, where we want to work on our designs at the house, I was able to activate Lightburn when I sign-in as me. When my wife signs-in and wants to work on designs, Lightburn says that it isn’t activated on the computer. If the license is per-computer, it should be active on the computer - regardless of the user signed-in.

Is this a problem with the software, or a problem with the documentation?
