Computer not connecting to the laser

I just purchased my second jpt fiber laser. my lighburn has recognised the laser but wont connect to it.

with lightburn up and running, and shows “JCZFibe” next to devices, with “auto” selected, the active laser box says “Disconnected” and at the bottom of the working area it has a “Waiting for connection” alert.

Hello Michael,

Did you install the necessary drivers?

You might need to manually select the correct com port by clicking on (auto) in the Laser window.
