Hello day 2 on MM and loving.
I have a V1e LR4 not that that matters but I come from the V1 community. I use a desktop workstation for design etc but the use a laptop at my machine about 30 feet away.
Is there a way once I finish tweaking all my gcode settings etc and tool library on my workstation I can just export/copy the settings to upload onto the laptop so they are in sync?
Yes, and welcome! Let me direct you to the ‘Bundles’ found under the ‘File’ menu. This allows one to collect machine profiles, settings, libraries, preferences, etc. into a single file, available for transfer to another computer running MM. We brought that capability over from LightBurn.

I feel I’m getting to excited over MM before I even made my first cut, I hope to do today 
I know this is so early in your release but at some point does it make sense on the Forum to create a sub cat for Home Built (ie V1 Engineering) CNC versus Factory Built for more build specific? But you guys live it and I’m sure know what makes sense 
Thank you, will pass your kind words on to the Doc Team. As for building out additional sections, this is always under consideration as the overall membership and supported devices grow. In fact, we are currently having internal discussions about this exact thing. Thank you for your suggestion. Keep an eye out for additional sections being added over time.
