Confirmation emails from forum not arriving to outlook email address

When I tried to create my forum account I never received the email to my outlook email account. I had to use my gmail account to get the email to be able to join. Then trying to change my email address to my outlook email account or even add it fails as I never receive the email. It does not even arrive in the spam folder. This is odd because I used my outlook account for the main lightburn site as well as the license center.

While the post below was for the portal, the issue remains with the forum at times. We continue to investigate resolution.

Licence portal not sending email

I tested it several times myself before posting the details, so I know it works. Check your spam folder, and if you have a microsoft based account, like hotmail, live, outlook, or MSN, they’ve been a huge pain in the butt in general - I don’t know exactly what’s going on with them, but they seem to blacklist anything that might have ever been used for spam at some point, so any sort of auto-mail server is rejected.
