Connecting a Ortur Laser Master 2 S2

Hello I recently purchased a Ortur Laser Master 2 S2 on Amazon. I have already built it up and purchased the full version of Lightburn. When I go to “Find my device” my laser is not an option even though it is connected via USB to USB-B (I have already bought a new USB to USB-B cable). My laptop is a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 and it’s running windows 11. I try to download LaserGRBL as well and says it is not trusted and won’t download it. Any information or suggestions helps tremendously thank you.

If you unplug and replug laser you should see the port disappear and reappear when you plug it back in.
You should a com port in your list.

A com/port list does not appear for me when it is plugged in or unplugged

If the laser is working properly does this mean Lightburn is the issue for me?

Probably missing a driver.

Go to device manager > view> show hidden devices.

This is the only driver I downloaded when I went through the booklet that came in the box
