Is there a video or someone that can help connect my machine’s controller, AWC7824 to the Lightburn software. I have the software downloaded and I went through the steps to connect the controller manually but it keep telling me transfer failed.
Is it connecting, but failing to send a file or ?
If it’s connected it will say ‘Ready’ in the upper left of the ‘laser’ window.
I’m not sure if that controller is supported… Here is a statement from the Lightburn site…
Supported Trocen controllers include the AWC708C, AWC608, and TL-3120. More controllers will be added soon, so if you don’t see yours listed, send us a message - maybe we’re already working on it!
@JohnJohn may have some inside dope on that controller if it’s supported or not.
I actually figured it out. I needed to download the Trocen LaserCAD drive and it worked after.
