not sure how to get a greyed out file on MacBook to be able to use Lightburn. has anyone had any success in doing this ?
Can you share an image of what you are seeing along with telling us the steps you are taking and what you are trying to do? Version of LightBurn and which macOS are you using? We can go from there.
