Connecting my Longer Ray 5 10w laser to connect to Lightburn

Newbie here. What is com3 and com3 com2??? Do I need to connect to either of those options?
Also I am getting problem sending data to laser. A couple of days ago I installed a different driver and it worked ok. Now a couple of days later while trying to run some tests I must of changed something since now I am getting the cannot connect Help please

I have tried to send my info to my machine from my computer to laser my item numerous times. I have read on multiple forums what to do and have done everything that was suggested. In my Machine setting I can’t load from a file or load from backup, to read then write.
Also, The error I get is “There was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused”. Any suggestions?

@tl2hoyt87 This indicate you have another device connected to a USB socket. Com3 is pretty common for the laser connection, so, can you unplug whatever is the Com2 item and restart everything?

@Jennihicks71 That function in the Machine Settings window is only operational if you are connected to the machine, and have saved the settings. I am not sure this is possible in the Ruida. Another member can help you with this one.

This indicates you are not talking to the laser. In the Console, you will see some text that appears when you start up and connect the laser to the PC. Can you copy and paste that text in the Reply box?
