I am new to all this…I have a new Ortur Laser Master 2. When trying my first burn, about 2 minutes into the burn process, I get the message that connection was lost due to the USB and all stops. I have no idea what to do. I try and burn project again and about the same spot/time it happens again. I am using the usb cable that came with the Ortur.
Any help would be very appreciated.
