I developed a connection problem on my laptop after a update to WIN 11 and Lightburn 2.0.05. Computer and Laser connect fine and start the job, however the laser stops about 5 minutes into the job. The job clock doesn’t stop, just the laser. I suspect it is a software (WIN) issue as the laptop continuously keeps making a notification sound but gives no actual notifications. I can’t find anything physically causing the disconnect. anyone else have a similar problem after an upgrade?
Good guess. Find out how to turn off the USB Sleep Function. I just upgraded to Win11 and it does not look the same as Win10, but it is still under Settings.
