I received my camera from lightburn and when I try to plug in my USB cord to the camera it appears as if the pins don’t line up and it won’t fit. I don’t want to force it. I am wondering if this is an issue or just me not doing something properly.
If possible, please post a picture of the camera’s connector and the cable end connector. Also note the connection is keyed for proper orientation.
The company that supplies the cameras to us changed the cables a little bit, and the way we used to tell them apart no longer works. Not a big deal, but we didn’t notice right away and sent out a handful of them with the wrong connectors. We’ll send the proper cable right away.
