Console says waiting for connection / message: There was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused

When I hit start, Lightburn message says :
There was a problem sending data to the laser.

The machine may be busy or paused.
console says:
Waiting for connection…

Waiting for connection…

File imported in 49 milliseconds

Waiting for connection…

Port failed to open - already in use?

Waiting for connection…

Port failed to open - already in use?

PLEASE HELP!!!
I don’t know how to fix.

Few things to quickly ask about.

Have you installed the CH340/CH341 driver? (first step)

Can you see the USB serial port connection in LightBurn Laser window?
Use the Bottom middle button in that window to attempt to find it.

I apologize

it took me a couple of days to get back to you. We have been out of pocket so here I tried everything you listed below. I watch the video twice and followed along exactly as it said and say picture of what it shows me after I followed all the instructions. It still says waiting for connection Port failed.
I’m not for sure what I need to do next to make this work?. I truly appreciate any help you can give me. And FYI, laser box works fine it’s just the light burn.
