Continue with a cut when the laser machine is turned off due to power failure

Hello friends.

There was a power failure and my laser machine went off making a very long cut with many very small parts. My question is: how can I follow the cutting file where it left off? It is very difficult to determine which pieces you have already cut when the design is too tight.

Thank you!

With a Ruida controller, it should do this automatically the moment power is restored. It will say something like, “power interruption - resume?” and if you press the Enter button instead of Esc, it will continue where it left off.

That is a definite for sure. DO not press escape or it will go back to your original position. This just happened to me in the middle of a long white tile burn. 90% done and …uhhhohh power went out for 5 seconds. Came back on and like Oz said you get this message…just hit enter on the ruida pad and it will pick up where it left off.
Was waiting for a power outage mid cut but oddly never happened until today…was wondering if this would work and it does, Yeah…
