I’m new at laser engraving and cutting, my boss bought an AtomStack A10 pro and I’ve started engraving a picture with a frame, but the speed of the laser wasn’t enogh to cut the frame, lightburn freezed after finished and I don’t know how to cut the frame again, I can’t position it very well…
you may have some luck using the center finder tool to position the workpiece. However it is extremely difficult to realign in your setup. So for future use, i would suggest making, if not a box, then at least a fixed bottom for your laser (eg plywood), onto which you can burn horizontal and vertical lines for easier positioning. Using homing and absolute positionning will help you a lot.
thank you, what kind of lines should I use? one for each centimeter?
mine are at 20mm interval, which suits me fine. But whatever you make it, align it with the workarea of lightburn.
