Controller can send, but not receive

My controller won’t receive instructions. I can control it with an offline controller, but if I go low level and connect via putty it’s in a continuous send idle loop but won’t receive commands:

If it’s responding to the offline controller that means it’s accepting input.

Can you elaborate what you’re trying to achieve? If you’re trying to just test functionality try connecting with LaserGRBL or LightBurn if you’ve already purchased or started the trial.

I haven’t tried connecting via Putty so don’t know the expected behavior but would expect to be able to input commands and receive an output. What are you trying to enter?

Can you confirm OS that you’re using to connect?
