I have a 6 axis robot arm that I want to use with Lightburn.
It has a start switch to start the robot program.
How to solve it.
Can Lightburn control a USB relay module that is triggered when the laser is finished.
Short answer, NO. There has been a lot of conversations on this and similar applications. Most solutions include a limit switch hit by the gantry or trolley and using a set Finish Position to trip it…

I use a Galvo laser
I see no solution for that if the Galvo does not provide an output signal to a pin.
Hi.
One workaround is to instead of a physical switch @MikeyH mentioned, to use a macro which at the end of the program shines a low power laser beam onto a photosensitive device/cirquitry to trigger what ever one wants to trigger.

Sam
If the development team at Lightburn adds the ability to control a USB relay device then automation becomes much easier
