When I design registration marks in Corel so I can send them to LightBurn, is there a way to have them automatically be the tool colors (T1 or T2) when sent?

To add to what @Marcus_Wakefield said, T1 and T2 are:
T1 (Orange): RGB(243, 105, 38) / #F36926
T2 (Blue): RGB(12, 150, 217) / #0C96D9
If you setup CorelDraw to use the LB provided GMS file for sending files automatically to LB from CorelDraw, you just select the LB icon in CorelDraw, and it sends the file to LB with the correct colors for T1 and T2.
