CoudRay Laser Connection Issue

I’m at a loss of how to get it to connect. My Laptop will talk to it through EZcad2, but not Ligthburn. It’s worked fine for a year, and now all of a sudden it won’t connect. I have checked and renewed the license. I have restarted the laptop several times. Power cycled the laser several times. The laser shows up fine in the device manager. I’ve used the port dropdown to select the right port. I’ve turned off the power management feature on the USB port.

My laser is a 60W fiber galvo made by Cloudray if that matters.
Any thoughts??

Hello Robert,

If your laser can talk with EZCAD2 means your drivers reverted back to the originals

can you confirm you can see the drivers of the laser in Device Manager like this?

I don’t see anything that looks like that.

I tried using the installer to put it on again, guess I will have to try the Zadig method.
