I create 2 circles then an upside down triangle below them, then create a rubber band outline around then to form the heart. Once here the plan is to delete the unused lines to end up with the heart. I have tried using the scissor tool and to convert to path then use node editing to remove the unwanted lines however the program crashes instantly when I try to delete a line.
I did try this process in Lightburn, the scissor caused a crash there also however I was able to node edit the file forming the heart shape.
I don’t know if this is a bug or just me, time will tell.
“Crash” can have a lot of meanings. Did MillMage shut down or fail to respond? Did all the lines just disappear? More detail will help diagnose the issue and formulate a response.
Here is a screen shot of the the file and the error message. At this point when I click OK Millmage closes down. The red section where I tried to use the scissor tool however the behavior is consistent regardless of the line I try to remove.
I was able to create the heart in Lightburn using both the Scissor and the Node Editing tools.
I then tried it again in Millmage, I was able to complete the heart using Node Editing including using the Scissor tool to remove the final three lines however when I try to to use the Scissor tool as my first tool the error is created.
Thank you for letting us all participate in the development process of Millmage. I can’t speak for others obviously but I am amazed at how much I enjoy using it.
Keep those developers well fed and happy, they are knocking it out of the park!
Thank you for participating. We very much appreciate your kind comments. I will share this with the team, but not right now. They are deep in the dungeon, doin all the things to get MillMage ready for launch. Food and info share shortly thereafter.
