Crashing on opening

I just received a notice that Lightburn has crashed. Lightburn is barely responsive. I have a ton of orders and can’t get them to respond. I have had this working for a year on the same machine but 2 days ago when I turned it on it crashed.

Can you take a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

Has anything changed on your system since the last working session? Any Windows updates or other major occurrence?

Also please confirm the version of LightBurn you’re running.

I sent that info to you 2 days ago. I will resend again when i get back to that computer but you can find the error message in my last 3 emails to LightBurn support

Can someone respond to me? The last correspondence i received asked me to try pressing the shift key when launching the app. I tried it and it didn’t work. That was a while ago and no response since.

Hi, I just updated form v1.2.04 to v1.3.01. It would work then lockup the laptop. I then did a Windows update. The Lightburn v1.3.01 will not start stating dLL 140 problems and to others as well, Windows states" not designed for this program".
